How we ship
- UPS Ground for orders up to 4 blades (typical delivery 2-5 business days from Iowa)
- Motor freight for pallet orders — quoted at checkout or by phone
- Local pickup available at 210 Freel Dr, Ames, IA (call ahead)
Order handling
In-stock orders ship within 1-2 business days. If we're waiting on stock, you'll get an email with the ETA before we bill the card.
Returns
Unused blades in original packaging: 30-day return window, buyer pays return shipping. Manufacturer defects: we cover it.
