1. Acceptance

By placing an order or otherwise using discbladesforsale.com ("the site"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

2. Who we are

The site is operated by Ragsdale LLC, an Iowa limited liability company, doing business as Disc Blades For Sale. Products are sold direct-to-consumer under the DBA name.

3. Products

We sell replacement agricultural disc harrow blades, coulter blades, disc scrapers, and directly related tillage wear parts. Specifications listed on the product pages are provided by the manufacturer (SMA / Southern Manufacturers Associates and its supplier network) and are believed to be accurate. Colors, patina, and minor visual variations from the product photo are normal.

4. Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed. If a price is displayed incorrectly (e.g. a decimal-point error), we may cancel the order and refund in full — we won't sell something at an obviously wrong price. Availability is not guaranteed; if a product goes out of stock after your order is placed, we'll notify you and either substitute (with your approval), refund, or backorder at your option.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Payment is processed at the time the order is placed. If your payment method is declined, the order will not be processed until payment succeeds.

6. Shipping

Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Same-day ship on orders placed by 12pm CT; free shipping on orders over $600 within the continental US.

7. Returns and refunds

See our Refund Policy. Standard 30-day return window on uninstalled product; 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns.

8. Warranty and limitation of liability

Products are sold with whatever warranty the underlying manufacturer provides. We pass those warranties through to you at no additional cost. We do not add or extend any warranty beyond what the manufacturer offers.

Our maximum liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or products purchased is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product at issue. We're not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages (crop loss, downtime, equipment damage caused by improper installation, etc.).

9. Use of the site

Don't try to break the site. Don't scrape prices in bulk without our permission. Don't submit fake orders. Don't misuse the concierge phone/text line for anything other than genuine product-fit questions.

10. Intellectual property

The site's design, copy, logo, and photography are owned by Ragsdale LLC or licensed for our use. Product photos supplied by manufacturers are used under license from those manufacturers. Don't copy site content to build a competing store — we monitor for this.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Story County, Iowa. You consent to that jurisdiction.
